About the role
An opportunity has become available within Atelier Ten for IT Technician to join the London Office. The role of the IT Technician is to support the business by providing technical support to users and maintain the computer systems enabling our teams to carry out their work. As an IT Technician, you will report to the Chief Information Officer.
Key accountabilities
- Be responsible for dealing with 2nd line support issues and escalations that come into the helpdesk
- Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers and offer tailored professional advice
- Highlight improvement areas to the business
- Escalate more complex issues to the relevant teams
- Using the ticketing system to log, work and resolve requests
- Support users with computer equipment and other devices
- Configuration of user equipment
- Onsite support for A/V equipment
- Deal with the tech duties for on and offboarding staff
- Manage the inventory for all tech equipment
- Ad hoc IT support/project duties
Qualifications and skills
- Experience within a similar position in IT support
- Knowledge of Windows desktop and server operating system, Active Directory and Azure Directory, network and security, Microsoft O365, Office365
- Experience improving IT processes
