Chad Groshart Speaks at Building Energy Exchange

Chad Groshart, Associate Director of Atelier Ten’s New Haven office, will join a panel discussion at the Building Energy Exchange program on Wednesday, June 3rd from 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM.

The panel, titled, “By the Light of Day: The Impact of Natural and Electric Light on Human Health”, will focus on the impact of daylight and electric lighting on human health. As Atelier Ten’s lighting design practice leader, Chad has examined extensively into this topic area. He provided peer review for the lighting section of the WELL Building Standard. He and his fellow panelists including Joan Roberts, Professor of Chemistry at Fordham University and Nathan Stodola, Director of WELL Building Standard, will review the most current research on the relationship between lighting, daylighting and human health, and discuss how this knowledge base is impacting the design of buildings.
