Devanshi Dadia Recognized as CSE 40 Under 40!

Congratulations to Associate, Devanshi Dadia, LEED AP, CPHC, BEMP on her 40 Under 40 Award from CSE Magazine! This award recognizes talented young individuals in the building industry’s engineering community.

Since joining Atelier Ten in 2016, Devanshi has greatly expanded Atelier Ten’s energy analysis practice with her focus and deep interest in building energy performance. She co-leads Atelier Ten’s Energy Analysis practice and has been heavily engaged in accelerating the firm’s decarbonization efforts for new construction and existing building projects.

Devanshi has contributed her expertise to some of Atelier Ten’s most ambitious projects, leveraging her analysis to steer owner and design teams toward meaningful carbon reductions. Her expertise spans diverse building typologies and climate zones and includes the all-electric and zero energy targeted Obama Presidential Center, the Newark Liberty International Airport Terminal A, Princeton University Residential Colleges, and the Disney Headquarters, which will be one of the largest all-electric buildings in NYC. By developing calibrated energy models and testing efficiency measures, Devanshi has empowered institutions like K-12 schools, museums and hotels to formulate comprehensive decarbonization plans.

Beyond Atelier Ten, Devanshi is a member of the LEED Technical Committee; Energy and Atmosphere Technical Advisory Group and has presented her technical work at several conferences and events including Facades Plus, Green Building Symposium, Simbuild, ACEEE, IBPSA.
