Freshly Promoted in the East

We’re excited to announce the latest promotions of Nick DeSordi to Lighting Designer, and Ellen Grossi and Nikita Jathan to Environmental Designers. We invite you to celebrate their accomplishments this past year.

Nick DeSordi 
Nick DeSordi is an important member of the lighting design practice working on universities, government projects, parks, and hospitals nationwide. This year, Nick received his LEED Green Associate certification, which not only taught him a great deal on green building practices, but has also influenced his lighting design.

Ellen Grossi 
Ellen Grossi’s background in architecture and environmental design allows her to communicate fluidly between disciplines. This past year, Ellen joined the Benchmarking Practice and became a LEED Accredited Professional. She has started her first Life Cycle Analysis to assess the carbon reduction potential for a university project.

Nikita Jathan
Nikita Jathan is a LEED Accredited Professional who has contributed to some of the firm’s major resiliency projects, both locally and nationally. She has been part of the stakeholder decision-making process regarding resilience, and is dedicated to the communities involved as she continues to work on such important projects.
