North Gateway opens at Changi T1

This week, passengers traveling to Changi Airport Terminal 1 got to enjoy the new North Gateway. Part of Jewel Changi, this connects T1 above and below ground level, and provides a new taxi pick-up facility.

This is the first internal space of the Jewel development which has opened and allows the public a glimpse of the magnificent architecture from the inside. We are happy (but not surprised) to report the air conditioning, taxi stand ventilation and daylight distribution are all performing as designed.
