As part of a major refurbishment of Atelier Ten’s London office, the lighting team designed a new scheme for the ground floor reception and meeting rooms. The minimal design uses light only where necessary whilst creating a visually comfortable space and highlighting the architectural features of the converted print works building.
The lighting was designed to not only look good, but be as sustainable as possible using LED sources throughout and high efficacy luminaires.
A comprehensive DALI lighting control system was installed to maximise energy savings using scene set controls and PIR movement sensors as well as a master time function to switch all lights off when the building is unoccupied at night.
