Refurbishment of a single white stucco-faced house in prestigious Carlton Terrace in London that overlooks St. James’s Park. The terrace was built in 1827-32 to overall designs by John Nash with the freehold belonging to the Crown Estate.
Completed in 2009, this project in central London focused on the installation of new electrical power and lighting to service the refurbished offices and conference facilities. Comfort cooling systems were introduced to the rooms to provide efficient environmental comfort during the summer months.
