The CAT B fit-out of a newly completed office building for an international pharmaceuticals company.
Atelier Ten were appointed on a design and build basis to deliver a high quality central London office facility for Gilead.
The installations included a catering kitchen, comms rooms and a high end meeting suite, with fully integrated systems including lighting, cooling, audio-visual services and blinds.
The Client was very focused on efficiency in the workplace, and we were able to provide this by means of a detailed specification and on-site management.
The fit-out works were executed in line with the building’s BREEAM ‘very good’ status.
