In conjunction with AHMM Architects, Atelier Ten have been appointed by HB Reavis Group to develop the masterplan and building design for a speculative office and retail development in Bratislava.
Bordering Austria and Hungary, Bratislava in southwestern Slovakia is the only national capital that borders two independent countries. With “millennials” as target occupiers, the developments comprise six buildings in the first two development phases, one of which is a 30-storey tower. The brief asks for high sustainability certification including BREEAM Outstanding and potentially LEED Platinum and WELL Standard.
