The refurbishment of the Brodies LLP Glasgow office entailed creating a new vibrant environment for Scotland’s largest law practice. The services interventions were to be discrete whilst taking cognisance of each space’s usage to allow flexibility and condition controllability.
Having recently completed their award winning fit-out in Edinburgh city centre, Brodie’s focus moved to their Glasgow office where a similar design philosophy was adopted. Their employee focussed ethos challenged the design to ensure that spaces were adaptable to meet their current and future working requirements. The MEPH services supported this vision in creating a superior environment which sets them apart from their peers.
Maximising the use of the existing services aided Brodie’s sustainability agenda by re-purposing materials and systems which traditionally could have been discarded and replaced.
