Dundee Waterfront The Earl Grey Building

The office forms part of the first phase of the Plot 6 development at Dundee City Council’s, exciting Central Waterfront masterplan.

Atelier Ten were delighted to design the engineering services for this new five-storey 50,000 sqft Grade A speculative commercial office development. The office development forms part of the Plot 6 masterplan, designed by Cooper Cromar architects. The first phase included two ground floor retail/restaurant/leisure units with offices above facing south-west towards the new Railway Station. Works on this phase took place throughout 2018 was completed in spring 2019. Site clearance, investigation and detailed survey work commenced in February 2018.

The development is part of an Atelier Ten commitment to deliver healthier working environments. This commitment delivered a BREEAM Excellent accreditation with an A Rated Energy Performance Certificate.
