US trading company Eaton Vance expanded, vacating their part 9th floor space and taking the entire 10th floor.
Atelier Ten were appointed on a full design basis to create a very high quality building services installation within the former Stock Exchange building. This was unusually challenging due to the extremely tight ceiling void depths and extent of the services required.
We provided a very carefully co-ordinated installation including sprinklers, smoke control, audio-visual and IT services integrated with existing electrical and mechanical services provisions.
The completed works benefited from the use of high quality materials and finishes and achieved our Client’s high aspirations for this workspace.
