The proposed attraction will be one of several new UK Eden sites and will combine nature, learning and play with live performances, educational and immersive experiences, exhibitions, and live music. The project also features food and beverage venues as well as retail spaces. The ambitious Eden Project Dundee will initiate a new chapter in the site’s history that aims to set a new precedent for regenerative design. The project is currently embarking on an extensive consultation process before submitting a formal planning application this autumn.
Atelier Ten are delivering the building services engineering and fire engineering for this transformative project. This includes the design, development and implementation of the environmental systems that support the project’s sustainability targets and interior space conditioning. We are also developing the approach to energy generation, passive design and site wide resource efficiency.
The project will be regenerative and harmonised with local climatic solar and water resource to help drive sustainable and passive energy systems.
