CAT A refurbishment of the iconic former Honda building at Junction 5 of the M4. The building comprises three wings linked by a spectacular reception area.
Atelier Ten worked closely with the Cushman & Wakefield interior design team to undertake a return to CAT A refurbishment of this well known Thames Valley landmark. The building was stripped back to bare concrete and a new MEP services installation was designed by the Atelier Ten commercial team.
The works included the replacement of a set of three scenic lifts and the provision of an extensive landscape and external illuminated signage installation. Atelier Ten undertook both the Sustainability engineering and BREEAM Assessor roles with the building achieving a ‘very good’ standard.
