The project entailed a full office refurbishment of the existing Scottish Bible Society main office premises in Edinburgh, which is housed within a category C listed former church building.
This involved new mechanical and electrical services throughout, including new, efficient LED lighting systems with occupancy based controls.
Atelier Ten worked closely with the architect and client team to deliver an inviting and attractive high quality working environment throughout for staff and visitors alike. The refurbished office arrangement improves the functionality for both formal and informal meetings, and encourages staff collaboration and discussion. This has been achieved through the introduction of new open plan office spaces, dedicated meeting and conference rooms, and serviced staff breakout seating and project collaboration areas provided throughout each floor.
