Standard House is a five-storey building at 15 Bonhill Street. It is just on the fringe of the Square Mile in the City of London. This was a refurbishment project of a 1960s semi-industrial building with the addition of two new floors.
The low floor to ceiling height in the building required an innovative solution to the air-conditioning and lighting systems and the preferred solution, a ventilated chilled beam system, offers excellent flexibility and control while maintaining storey height between the beams.
