Atelier Ten are providing the building services, environmental and fire engineering for this exciting new regenerational project in Leith. The development will introduce community spaces along with commercial spaces benefitting the local community and wider area.
Western Harbour Park, once completed, will regenerate 4.4 hectares – the same size as Queen Street Gardens East and Central or at least four football pitches – of currently derelict land into parkland alongside the new residential development.
These new homes shall be provided with an energy efficient low carbon heating and hot water solution utilising air source heat pump technology incorporating mechanical ventilation with heat recovery.
