This low-energy housing is part of a major masterplan to revitalise a large area of West London.
This award-winning residential project in White City, West London comprises a total of 70 dwellings on the site of an existing warehouse, adjacent to White City Retail development. We worked with Octavia Housing Association and Cartwright Pickard Architects to design low-energy housing to achieve Eco Homes ‘Excellent’ standard with minimum disruption to the surrounding built-up area during construction.
The project won the Housing Design Awards 2004 Unbuilt Projects section and a CABE award before construction. In 2008, the project received an award from RIBA and two from the Civic Trust.
