
Radhna Saxena Joins USGBC Market Leadership and IWBI WELL Materials Advisory Boards
Atelier Ten is excited to share that New York Associate, Radhna Saxena has been selected to serve as an advisor on the 2025 USGBC Market Leadership Advisory Board and the 2025 IWBI WELL Materials Advisory Board. She joins a community of industry leaders who are shaping strategies for market transformation, accelerating the adoption of green building practices and driving the evolution of health and well-being.
As co-leader of Atelier Ten’s Benchmarking practice, Radhna has advanced the firm’s benchmarking capabilities and consistently pushes projects to exceed their initial sustainability goals and works with third-party certification bodies to progress their programs.
Across her project work, Radhna balances environmental sustainability with holistic well-being and occupant experience. Her notable projects include the Ellinikon Metropolitan Park, which transforms a former airport site into Europe’s largest park, the award-winning Vesterheim Museum, and the Penn Medicine Radnor Ambulatory Care Center.
As both a LEED and WELL advisor, Radhna will continue to offer a holistic approach to sustainability by ensuring that projects not only meet rigorous environmental standards but also prioritize the health and well-being of occupants.
In her role with the WELL Materials Advisory Board, Radhna brings valuable expertise on strategies to minimize hazardous chemical risks to both human health and the environment. She focuses on material ingredient screening, establishing emission restrictions, and driving transparency in the use of non-toxic and healthy materials across the built environment. Her contributions will continue to emphasize the importance of indoor air quality, thermal comfort, and overall health in creating sustainable, human-centered spaces.
She plays a crucial role on the USGBC Market Leadership Advisory Board (MLAB in shaping and guiding the strategic direction of LEED by providing valuable market insights, fostering local partnerships, and promoting sustainable building practices.
