As Atelier Ten’s lighting design practice leader, Chad is an experienced architectural lighting designer and lecturer. He has extensive experience with high performance lighting design for commercial, hospitality, and institutional projects that integrate daylight with electrical light and are sensitive to energy consumption.
Chad is a Professional Member of the International Association of Lighting Designers (IALD), the Illuminating Engineering Society of North America and is Lighting Certified (LC) by the National Council on Qualifications for the Lighting Professions. He is a LEED accredited professional, a WELL Faculty Member and accredited professional, and is a voting member of the ASHRAE 90.1 lighting subcommittee.
He holds Masters in Architectural Lighting Design from Parson’s the New School for Design in New York where he is also an adjunct instructor. This year Chad lectured on sustainable lighting at conferences in London, New York City and Mexico City.
