Gordon joined Atelier Ten as Director in January 2025. He is an enthusiastic and proactive engineer and leader with a passion for design and the contribution we can make to a low-carbon future.
Gordon is a professionally registered Chartered Engineer and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers, as well as a Member of Engineers Ireland. With over 25 years of experience in the building services sector in the UK, Ireland, and Jersey, Gordon has worked across a wide range of sectors and projects of varying scales.
In addition to his design expertise, Gordon brings a strong understanding of real estate, having worked extensively with both landlord and occupier clients. This includes, but is not limited to, providing technical due diligence, dilapidations, and license-to-alter advice and guidance to ensure that our clients are in the strongest and best-informed position possible to protect their interests and assets.
