US Spring Promotions
Atelier Ten is excited to announce the latest promotions in the US. We invite you to celebrate their recent accomplishments this #TeamTuesday!
Devanshi Dadia, Associate, New York
Since joining Atelier Ten’s New York office in 2016, Devanshi has been heavily engaged in accelerating the decarbonization efforts for new construction and existing building projects on the east coast. She has completed detailed analysis for projects pursuing passive house equivalency & net zero energy goals and has helped projects meet their sustainability aspirations. One of her favorite projects is Project Galaxy. Devanshi enjoyed working closely with the design team in system optimization studies and looking at different ways in which the project could recover heat and be one of the largest all-electric buildings in NYC.
Sheena Zhang, Associate, New York
Sheena joined Atelier Ten’s New York office in 2017 and has since worked on some of the firm’s most ambitious projects, ranging from institutional buildings, cultural and performance centers, government facilities and school academies. One of her favorite projects is the Princeton Lake Campus project. For Sheena, the opportunity to implement campus-wide sustainability and masterplan goals and establish a new paradigm of sustainable planning was incredibly rewarding, as was the huge team effort on the project. As a Registered Architect, Sheena brings a technical understanding of the many pressures and opportunities available to her building projects, as well as a graphic language to effectively communicate with her project teams.
Devin Kasper, Human Resources and Employee Relations Specialist, San Francisco
Devin joined Atelier Ten in 2018 and has been the office manager of the San Francisco ever since. In addition to continuing as the SF office manager he’ll expand his involvement in the human resources side of our business and take a US-wide leadership role within Atelier Ten’s People & Culture group as an employee relations specialist. Devin has been influential in fostering a fun, safe and collaborative environment for the San Francisco office. From developing elaborate holiday party scavenger hunts around San Francisco to planning company-wide camping trips to managing the new SF office fit-out and move, Devin keeps the office smiling and running. In his new role, Devin is looking forward to being able to help bring in new A10ers and continually finding creative ways to keep A10 an excellent place to work.

His specialties include daylighting, facade optimization, passive design, and LEED coordination. Eric is currently working on the Teddy Roosevelt Presidential Library, and it has been his favorite so far. To memorialize Roosevelt’s legacy as an environmentalist, the project takes a comprehensive approach towards environmental design and carbon management, from the restoration of the site ecology to the low embodied carbon timber structure embedded within the landscape.
Matthew Mongan, Environmental Designer, New York
Since joining Atelier Ten in 2019, Matt has worked on a variety of university, commercial, federal and transit projects nationwide. Matt has experience aiding in projects in a variety of scales that explore the efficacy of certain energy efficiency measures, analyze daylight levels, and evaluate water conservation strategies.
